I've been where you are. I've experienced anxiety since childhood and understand its consuming, painful nature. But my journey has led me to recovery and now, as an Anxiety Coach, I'm committed to guiding you toward the same freedom.

With a background in psychology (BA) and clinical social work (MSW), and nearly a decade of experience as a mental health professional, my life's work revolves around resolving anxiety, stress, and trauma. I've dedicated myself to understanding anxiety and discovering the most effective methods for overcoming it.

 

Today, I'm here to share that wealth of knowledge with you.
